We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging with all tags attached
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Let us know the new size or item you’d like in exchange.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Important Notes
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless the product has a quality issue.
- Size exchanges on sale items are not available.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Received a Faulty or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

বিনিময় নির্দেশিকা
• অর্ডার প্রাপ্তির ৫ দিনের মধ্যে বিনিময় গ্রহণ করা হয়।
• পণ্যগুলি অবশ্যই:
o অব্যবহৃত হতে হবে
o অপরিষ্কৃত (ধোয়া হয়নি) হতে হবে
o মূল অবস্থায় এবং সমস্ত ট্যাগ সংযুক্ত থাকা প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে
কীভাবে বিনিময়ের অনুরোধ করবেন
১. আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর এবং বিনিময়ের কারণ সহ আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তা দলের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
২. আপনি যে নতুন সাইজ বা পণ্য বিনিময় করতে চান তা আমাদের জানান।
বিঃদ্রঃ গ্রাহকদের ফেরত শিপিং খরচ বহন করতে হবে, যদি না পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল হয়।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য
• সেল আইটেমগুলি বিনিময়ের জন্য যোগ্য নয়, যদি না পণ্যটির গুণগত সমস্যা থাকে।
• সেল আইটেমের সাইজ বিনিময় সম্ভব নয়।
• বিনিময় স্টকের উপলব্ধতার উপর নির্ভর করে।
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য প্রাপ্ত হয়েছে?
যদি আপনি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পেয়ে থাকেন, তবে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব এটি ঠিক করে দেব।
